Hi, my name is Crystal and I’m Cesar’s daughter. On Wednesday January 31st, we took Cesar to the hospital because he was showing symptoms of having a stroke, due to negligence of the hospital, they sent him home saying the symptoms were due to being diabetic. A few hours later, he started losing his speech and mobility to walk so we took him back at which point they had said he was already on a second stroke. Unfortunately, Cesar passed away on Feb. 7th alongside his family. He was very loved by many friends and family and worked very hard to provide for his family. He was kind, funny, and patient with everyone that he has come across. These donations are going toward the costs of the funeral and service and to cover any extra expenses with the family during our grieving.
