Kick Cancer to the Curb

Dear friends, this fundraiser is geared to help Poonam Chettri Chatterjee.  Poonam is a mother, a wife, a daughter, an educator and our beautiful friend who always exuded beauty and an indomitable zest for life.  She was and is indeed blessed with many gifts.  But recently Poonam was diagnosed with an angressive form of cancer.

She is currently undergoing treatment in Vellore, India, where a biopsy report revealed the primary CA is in the lungs and is 4th stage metastasis cancer. The road to recovery is challenging , but despite the devastating diagnosis, Poonam is trying to stay strong and positive for her family, especially her 14 year old son. 

We, her friends, want her to continue on that positive trajectory where she can continue living the life she envisioned for herself and her family. At this point we are asking anyone and everyone who can, to step forward and "Help A Friend" in need. Your generosity is greatly appreciated and will go a long way in helping Poonam and her family.
