Desperately need to get out of debt

I am in severe debt, there are liens against my accounts preventing direct deposit from my gainful employment. I have been part of the working homeless for years, and only through excessive effort have I even managed to get the Department of Child Support Services to reduce obligations from $960 a month to $314 a month. That is typically garnished from my paychecks before I even have an opportunity to cash them. If I do not keep current, I fall into even greater deficit. I currently have approximately $40,000 in projected debts and am delinquent by approximately $15,000 in child support arrears. I have been working, but I cannot afford rent, and having been part of the working homeless for years, let me tell you: it doesn't work. I cannot maintain a job when I do not know where I will be sleeping in a given night nor what my commute will be like from day to day. There are sleeping bans, anti- tent laws and more. I need significant debt relief, hence this GoFundMe.
