Building Material For Community Fridge & Pantry

KBIM is setting up a self-help community fridge where people in the community can have access to food free of charge. This will be one of many in the City of Bridgeport known as project “FRIDGEPORT”

The onset of the pandemic has left many families choosing between food or a roof over their heads.  KBIM inspired by the  Community Fridge project  made a decision to dedicate a portion of our small church yard to build an outdoor pantry equipped with a Fridge and space for food items, care kits, and light clothing.

This is our way of giving a hand up empowering  and strengthening the surrounding community to further eradicate hunger. Community Fridges increases a spirit of Sharing and Serving.
