Buffalo Soldiers Memorial Highway

In August of 2016, ACR 174  was passed, renaming a portion of route 41, leading up to the gates of Yosemite National Park, Buffalo Soldier Memorial Highway. It is now official. We are now at the stage of having highway signs installed. The cost for this is $3,301. All funds will go to this project.

We would greatly appreciate any assistance you may offer to help us accomplsih our goal of signage along the highway to recognize and honor the legacy of the Buffalo Soldiers  in Yosemite.
