Dearest friends, family, and strangers I am writing to ask for help. One of the sweetest people on this entire planet has been battling colon cancer for over 7 years now. She has been through multiple rounds of chemotherapy and is now undergoing radiation treatments twice daily for 17 days as a palliative measure. She was told earlier this week that her cancer is terminal and has spread to multiple areas of her body. The doctors are unable to give her a time frame for the amount of time she has left with us.
Her wish to me was being able to take her 3 young boys (ages 21-29) to Leavenworth Washington on the train during the Holiday months. The whole town is decorated with Christmas theme and has multiples activities to do. She also has never been to Vegas and would like to travel there. A couple of the things she mentioned was wanting to do the zipline on Freemont street and she would like to take her son to Chef Ramsey's restraunt (her son just graduated from culinary school and that is one of his dreams to go there as well). This is a wish from the nicest, most caring person ever. She is the type of person that would give the shirt off her back to someone in need. She is not the type of person to ask for handouts therefore I am creating this campaign in hopes to help make her wishes come true.
