Broad Street for Addiction Awareness
Tax deductible
In September of 2018 we lost my brother, Gus, to a drug overdose. He struggled with addiction for years and ultimately lost his battle. As many others continue to struggle with this disease, my family and friends have decided to use the Blue Cross Broad Street Run in Philadelphia to try and make a difference.
We are using this 10 mile run to raise awareness around addiction and will be donating all funds raised to the Covenant House in Philadelphia that serves homeless youth under the age of 21. Covenant House offers substance abuse treatment, health screenings, career enhancement workshops, long term housing and much more. They strive to never turn anyone away.
Any donation will help make an impact. Thanks in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to the group of us running this year!
