Dear Bristol Tower Residents,
The Holiday Season is quickly approaching. In order to make it easier for unit owners, we will once again collect and distribute a Holiday Fund for the Bristol Tower Condominium employees who work in our Administration, Maintenance, Security, Housekeeping, and Valet. In 2020, our owners generously contribute over $29,000.00 to the Holiday Fund. This was a record which we hope will be broken this year.
We leave this gift to your discretion. You may make your gift by:
1. Making your check payable to the Bristol Tower Association Holiday Fund. You may drop off or mail your contribution to the Management Office at 2127 Brickell Avenue, Miami, FL 33129, on or before December 31, 2021.
2. Pay through GoFundMe at ________________________
Please note and Be Aware: GoFundMe will include a 15% “TIP” to themselves unless you “de-select” that option.
Please do not include your contribution with any maintenance check and do not mail directly to FirstService Residential.
The Board of Directors will assure these funds are distributed appropriately to each employee. Thank you for your participation in extending thanks to our employees. We hope you have a wonderful Holiday Season!
