Bring Zahra home for holidays & hire legal team
Baby Zahra has been taken away to Alaska by her mom, without any prior knowledge to dad. We’re working in the court system to get her back into dads (Jesse) arms. For the time being she remains with mama in Alaska. Jesse is to have her from December 26th to early January. He has to pay for half the travel costs in order to bring her home. The cost of a flight from Alaska to Oregon is very high, rounding the thousand dollar mark. Of which Jesse is to cover half the cost.
since she was taken over a thousand miles away Jesse has been truely heart broken. He has literally given his life to her, she is his reason. She has been gone since her first birthday, October 6th. And everyday gets harder.
we’ve been to court twice and are returning in February at which time we need a lawyer to represent Jesse in order to achieve custody and visitation. The cost of legal representation is very high and out of jesses reach, but very necessary if he plans to win anything, even parental rights & time.
this whole situation has been extremely trying and is not been any fun for anyone (aside from mommy) and jesse is missing out on crucial time with his daughter. He wants nothing more than to be in his babies life and mama is making that nearly impossible. She moved herself and baby away without informing anyone and she did it to spite jesse. Juneau, Alaska has the highest crime rate in the country and is not a safe place to raise children.

In my adventure on this planet, so far, I know I’m blessed with heaping spoonfuls of love, both outward and reciprocating back. I however haven’t been so blessed in the area of money, and I’m ok with that, fair trade if you ask me. Now I’m feeling the heat from this now as I can’t afford to even consult with a reputable law office.
