Bring Valeriia and Nazar Home!

Valeriia and Nazar are stuck in Warsaw through no fault of their own and they need our help to get home.

Valeriia and Nazar are U*rainian refugees who have been living in Victoria for the past year. Valeriia works as a hotel housekeeper and Nazar attends grade 5.

They went home to visit family in U*raine after ensuring they had the correct visas to return to Victoria.

Unfortunately, the IRCC made a mistake in their visas and they were denied boarding.

Valeriia and Nazar flew to Warsaw where the IRCC corrected their mistake. But now they need to fly back to Victoria so that Valeriia can work and Nazar can go to school.

Air Canada/LOT airlines have offered them tickets for September 9, but that's not reasonable. they can't pay for a hotel in Warsaw for 6 weeks.

We are raising money to buy them tickets and get them home as soon as possible. The money will be used to buy airline tickets from Warsaw-Victoria.

Please give what you can to get these lovely people back where they belong.
