Bring Teaghan Home (Abducted)

Teaghan is a bright bubbly 7 year old girl, she had a planned trip with her grandparents Louanne Bass- Hassan and Mostafa Hassan to Sudbury Ontario for 9 days beginning on July 3rd 2021 to July 11th 2021. This was agreed upon between The father Justin Coutts and the grandparents.

Court order allows the grandparents to have two 9 day periods with Teaghan during the summer time. Custody is currently shared between Justin and the grandparents with Teaghan primarily staying with her father Justin, The mother, Chellsea Bass passed away when Teaghan was 7 months old.

July 10th Justin received a email from Mostafa saying that they would be extending their trip in Ontario for an additional 9 days, to not contact them via phone as they are currently having issues with their phones and not to contact Louanne about the matter.

This did not sit well with Justin so he decided to do a drive by their property. He was surprised to see that their yard had been cleared out: 3 vehicles and RV have been removed in addition to the C-can that had been on the premises for the past few weeks.

Upon seeing this Justin approached the front door to see that their new security system that had been installed roughly 6 months ago had been removed, the window in the basement showed that the basement had been cleared out and renovated. Justin immediately went home to call the police non-emergency line.

Since, we have been talking with CPS, International Child Abductions Unit and a Representative with Global Affairs.

We have confirmed Louanne and Mostafa have fled the country with Teaghan and last week on July 8th 2021, they were tracked on a one way flight to Turkey. There has not been contact with either Louanne or Mostafa since July 10th when Mostafa sent an email. Canada wide Warrants has been issued on Tuesday July 20, 2021. However due to where Teaghan had been taken to there is little more that RCMP and CPS can do at this time.

Justin now needs to pay for Air Fair to fly to Egypt and Turkey to go to court, lawyer fees and any other accumulated costs to bring Teaghan home.

During the court trial Teaghan's passport was confiscated by the courts due to concerns of The grandparents fleeing to Egypt. However the grandparents forged documents and impersonated Justin in order to obtain a new passport for Teaghan.

Please help bring Teaghan home.
