When 2020 started I had a thriving business. I also had dreams of creating a travel blog that highlighted how to travel when you have a special needs child. My daughter Lilac who is 11 years old, has autism, a global development delay, and intellectual disability. I have been spending the last 10 years saving to purchase a house for me and my daughters, as we live in a Los Angeles apartment that is two bedroom. When Covid hit the mayors office came to my home and asked me to stop doing business from my home, and I understanded  it and I stopped. Which meant I needed to spend all my savings on taking care of my four daughters, and our dreams of purchasing a house had to be put to the side. I decided that I want to do videos that explained how it felt to be a woman of color and to have a child that has a moderate disability and what it took in order for her to be comfortable and healthy. And it paid off I got 85,000 followers on Instagram and 150,000 followers on Tictock. But Instagram banned me, and their explanation was I am impersonating someone who isn’t me, I didn’t violate any other guidelines they just said that I am not myself. I initially gave up, and felt like sharing these moments with the other special-needs moms and dads maybe wasn’t as important as I thought it was because I was banned and I felt so discouraged, but I woke up this morning and I was like......I’m not gonna allow you to take this away from us. I contacted a lawyer and they are going to converse with Instagram but they have a flat fee, if you’re having a financial deficit please don’t contribute I don’t want to take away from your family, just share this post.....but if you are able to help me, I am going to pursue legal charges for Instagram for banning me.
