Bring Disney to Wyatt

My name is Heather Ferraiuolo i am creating this fundraiser for a special little boy our town has all come to love and spent countless hours praying for. Wyatt has struggled his entire life with numerous health conditions including a heart transplant, dialysis etc. His family got devastating news this week that he would be discharged home on palliative care.

His family was hoping he would be able to go to Disney and see his favorite guys Buzz and Woody but we decided why not bring Buzz and Woody to him? Let’s throw Wyatt and his family a party to remember.❤️

In the unfortunate event we are unable to throw Wyatt’s party ALL donations will be given to the family to help with end of life expenses.
