Like many first-time business owners, I started Smoothie Queen with passion, dedication, and a dream—but without the financial backing or experience needed to sustain it long-term. I built a brand people loved, but when sales slowed down in the colder months, I didn’t have the safety net to keep going. I learned so much from that experience and took the time to reflect, grow, and strategize.

This time, I’m coming back with a smarter approach. By launching as a pop-up model instead of a full storefront, I can test the market, manage costs effectively, and reinvest profits wisely—so that when we do expand, it’s built to last.
