Brielle's New Face (Facial Feminization Surgery)

To quote Obi-Wan Kenobi: "Hello there!" My name is Brielle, and I'm a firm believer in second chances; and I want to give my face a second chance! As a trans woman, I experienced male puberty before going back for puberty seconds beginning two years ago. That male puberty has left me with some masculine facial features that I would love to feminize. . .

While there isn't an app for that, there is a surgery for that; mine is scheduled for September 12th. While I'm super stoked to have this done, I'm also super stressed about some financial aspects because I'm self-employed.

"But Brielle, don't you have insurance lolz?" I do have insurance through my friend and ex-wife Sarah, but there's still a chunk of money I have to pay out of pocket for my surgery. This expense wouldn't be so difficult, but I'm also going through a divorce (see: source of insurance); and I get neither sick pay nor vacation pay.

"But Brielle, don't you work? Why don't you get sick pay?" I'm self-employed as a personal trainer, so I get paid when I train people. Going in for surgery with a recovery time of 3 - 6 weeks makes things very uncertain for me financially, so having some help to cover my surgery costs would be really helpful!

"But Brielle, you look beautiful! HRT has already changed your appearance!" Transitioning has been a fantastic experience that has offered me a level of inner peace, self-love, and self-acceptance that I never saw in my future. While HRT has made some changes to my face, I'd like to take this a step further to help me live my best life.
