Brezel Bus Recovery

Have you been to a local event in Hendersonville, Brevard or even Morganton or Asheville and enjoyed the delicacy of a BREZEL from the Underground Baking Co. brezel bus? If you haven’t had the pleasure of artichoke, bacon or jalapeno smothered in cheese on top of an incredibly delicious handmade soft pretzel you haven’t lived and you may have missed out as the wheels on this bus are no longer going round and round! The mechanic has diagnose a blown engine requiring repairs in excess of the actual value of the bus. YIKES! The saddest news of all is the recommendation is putting the bus in the auto grave yard. We can’t let this happen as events will never be the same without our local yellow icon.  Please help save the Brezel bus!
