Breast Cancer Bandit

Welcome, bandits!

This is the very beginning of what I hope will be a highly impactful brand and organization.

When I was told on my 40th birthday that I had stage 2 triple-negative breast cancer, I had to act fast to preserve my fertility and prevent hair loss from my six months of chemotherapy treatment. I am beyond grateful for my community who helped me in my time of dire need with these extremely high out-of-pocket expenses, which were not covered by even a sliver of my insurance.

Now, as a four-year survivor, I'm helping others navigate through the financial and emotional stress of a new diagnosis (we also offer peer counseling services at no cost). I am launching Breast Cancer Bandit as a charitable business and nonprofit to commit to full-time.
