Braulio Ortiz - Hurricane Relief

This account is being set up to help my elderly brother, Braulio Ortiz, who lives in Puerto Rico.  As you all know, Puerto Rico has been  decimated by Hurricanes Irma and Maria and there are several  million people without the basic human necessities of water, food, electricity.  Much of the aid going into the island seems to be staying around the major cities, and very little is getting into the country side and the middle of the island due to roads that have been washed away or are clogged with downed trees, power lines and debris from smashed houses .  My brother lives in the mountains outside of Bayamon in a small wooden house so he took refuge at a friend's house in the town of Cerro Gordo.  We have not heard from him/them yet, but we're holding onto our faith that he and our friends are okay.  We have very little hope that his home, which is/was located on the side of a steep hill would have survived the 100+ winds that Maria brought to the island.  Therefore, we would like to raise money to help him rebuild his life.    Any amount would be extremely appreciated as building materials and household goods are extremely expensive on the island since everything is shipped in.
