Brandy’s Fight Against Cancer

My very dear friend Brandy was diagnosed with Non Hodgkins B-cell lymphoma this past April.  For those of you who know her, you know that she is an extraordinary human being.  She is cheerful, loving, unbelievably strong and always puts her family and friends before herself. 

She has had surgeries, biopsies, scans, labs and other testing to diagnose and monitor the cancer. She still has a long road ahead of her and will require more testing and labs moving forward.

Due to the cancer, nausea and other chemo side effects, pain from tumors and her weak immune system she has not been able to work since last April. In addition to the the emotional and physical stress caused by this awful cancer, medical bills and other bills are piling up. Her husband Tony continues to be there for her, often needing to take off work unpaid to take her to the many appointments she has. Unemployment denied her and Short term disability unfortunately has not come through .  Some of her medical expenses are quite expensive and with the everyday necessities of life, money is getting tighter and tighter.  

Brandy and Tony are of the most caring people I have ever known and is always there to give her love and support.

Now, it's time that we send back some of that love and support to them to help get through this hard time.  Even a $5 donation helps.
