Removing Valerie's Brain Alien

As many of you know my father was recently in the hopsital for severe liver damage and other health issues. What others don't know is during that same week my younger sister, Valerie, was diagnosed with an Acoustic Neuroma . It's just a fancy word for a benign tumor growing on her inner right ear canal, and had unnoticeably grown to an unusually large size and has begun to press on the base of her brain causing other health issues. 

Because of the unusually large size of the tumor for someone her age doctors are recommending she travel to specialists in Los Angeles as soon as an opening occurs to receive emergency surgery in order to remove the tumor and save as many of her faculties as possible. As you can imagine being a young mother of three faced with surgery and weeks of recuparation time away from her children it is a very hard pill for anyone to swallow, but Valerie continues to inspire and amaze me with her strength.

Thankfully she is blessed with an understanding and supportive work team, and is covered by insurance for much of the expenses she is about to accrue. But because of the unfortunate timing the Universe has decided to test her fortitude; travel to yet another hospital, take time away from work, this time for an undetermined date I am turning to our family and friends in supporting getting Valerie to LA as soon as the doctors can, which at this point can literally be anyday. Any amount that can be dontated to help support this undertaking will be greatly appreciated. The amount in request is to help cover last minute flight preparations, and hotel coverage as we await for an opening at the family dormitory making lodging much more affordable in the City of Angels.
