Boyd Family Wagon Restoration

You have been with us from the start of this project, and the Boyd Family Wagon is safely back at the Lake County Museum, restored and on display for the public.

But our work is not complete. We are just short of our fundraising goal for the wagon and need your help. Please consider a gift to this historic project.

The wagon was built in the 1860’s and carried a pioneer family across the plains to settle in Lake County. The wagon is the oldest of its kind in this region, making it an important link to our heritage, and one worth preserving for future generations.

The Lake County Museum is fortunate to have a donor willing to match our gifts and push us over the finish line. All gifts received prior to December 24, 2023, will be included in the tally toward our goal, so make your gift today.
