What started as a simple community 5K has become something much more personal for us. Cancer has unfortunately become all too familiar within our Bowl Bites circle - affecting team members, family, and close friends who continue to fight with incredible strength and courage.

Following our RUN & REFRESH 5K on October 23rd at 6:30 pm, in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we're extending our support beyond that single evening. All proceeds after expenses will fund cancer research at a local hospital and create comfort care packages for local cancer patients.

Cancer has affected our Bowl Bites family deeply, and we've seen the struggles our loved ones endure. While we can't take away the pain, we can ensure others in our Queens community know they're not fighting alone.

Every dollar helps fund vital research and reminds patients they are supported by their community.
