Book Drive for Arizona Helping Hands

Hi everyone! My name is Bianca! I've been given an amazing opportunity to give back! With the help from my friends we are making a difference. Want to join us in making a difference? We are raising money for a book drive for Arizona Helping Hands, and any donation will help make an impact. The mission of Arizona Helping Hands is to provide essential needs for children in foster care through their programs promoting safety, permanency and health. The vision of Arizona Helping Hands —Every child in foster care is safe and loved. They began when co-founder, Kathy Donaldson, made a promise to her dying sister to “do one good deed a day and don’t take credit for it.” From those early days of holiday toy drives, they have continued to meet the needs of children in our community. The organization has served tens of thousands of children over the last 20+ years and continues to grow every year with the focus being on helping children in foster care. A little bit about me, I'm an Usborne Books & More consultant and I LOVE it! I love being able to get a book in every home and spread the awareness of how important literacy is to our children. Reading just 20 minutes a day to a child sets them up for a better future. This is WHY I want to donate books to Arizona Helping Hands so that each foster child can have a chance at a better future through receiving a book from AHH's Birthday Dream Bags and Holiday Bags.
