Bob and Leigh Jaeger Medical Fund

I am Janice Jaeger the sister-in-law and aunt of Bob and Leigh Jaeger.
Shortly after Easter 2016, Leigh was diagnosed with Rhabdomyosarcoma (RMS) a cancer made up of cells that normally develop into skeletal muscles. Because of vigorous chemotherapy Leigh could not finish his Junior year in high school, he was however been able to have a tutor come to his home and he did complete his Junior year. Leigh's chemotherapy was then followed by radiation and more chemo. The cancer treatment has caused Leigh's muscles in his arms and legs to tighten up and Leigh must wear braces on his arms and legs. Because Leigh has a little difficulty walking he was unable to go back to school for his Senior year. Our hope is that Leigh will be able to go back to school by March and graduate this year.
As if the Jaeger's life wasn't stressful enough, on October 2, 2016, Bob's aorta ruptured and Bob was taken by helicopter to Fairview Hospital. After a 9 1/2 hour surgery, Bob had to remain in the hospital for two weeks. Bob is expected to be off of work for 12 weeks. His cardiologist just told him that it may be a year before he can go back to his normal job, if ever.
The plan is to use the money to pay for medical bills and other bills that will need to be paid. We are hoping to raise this money before Christmas.
Bob is one of the nicest men you will ever meet, He is always willing to lend a helping hand and we wish to help him out now.
