Medical Fundraiser for Dwight Bigham

My name is M Jewel Carter, I am the older sister of  Dwight Bigham. He is very sick, has had cancer, had part of a lung removed, has COPD & other medical issues.  I want to raise money to help him with ER Visits, hospital stays, oxygen, ambulances & other medical expenses.
