Black Lives Matter Yard Sign & Action Call

Please note! Supplies dwindling, first off! Second, after further deliberation given the amazing levels of support you have given this campaign, we will be directing contributions to BOTH the local and national levels. Your donations will benefit the national Black Lives Matter organization and the Portage County NAACP. Thank you all again for your amazing support of those working on the frontlines to dismantle racial injustice, and it is truly humbling to be able to make a meaningful contribution to work at the local AND national levels! DO PLEASE REACH OUT if this alteration of the original target - BLM Cleveland - is objectionable and we will refund your donation.
We are calling for action. As a small group of concerned citizens in Kent, OH we are we are outraged at the continued lethal violence of police against Black Americans, and by the systemic racism that pervades our social institutions. By contributing, you are helping to offset costs of the production of 100 Black Lives Matter Yard signs, which we encourage allies to proudly display. At this historic time we are hoping to contribute to the normalization of the call for action to ensure Black Lives Matter. Of course, we know that just displaying a yard sign is only a small thing, but A) every bit helps right now to change public consciousness, and B) those wanting signs are helping support the critical work of Black Lives Matter - Cleveland, to whom any and all surplus money raised will be donated in order to support their ongoing and critically important work. Anyone unable to contribute financially can still receive a sign by logging what other type of action they have taken (long list provided in link below) to raise our voices to demand structural change.
