black autistic person in need of safe housing

Donation protected
Hi, my name is Ren and I'm a Black non-binary individual living in an unstable, violent/aggressive housing situation. My transphobic landlord and her violent boyfriend have been routinely harassing me despite knowing I have been laid off due to COVID, have no other housing options, and am autistic.

TL;DR:  I am raising funds to help find stable and more permanent housing. My hope is to move ASAP in order to be able to get back on my feet and regain my safety in dignified housing. I am looking to raise enough money to be able to sustain myself while looking for employment. The money raised from this fund will be primarily used for rent in a more stable, clean, and safe environment. Any dollar amount you can donate would be greatly appreciated.

Some examples of the harassment I have experienced in my home include:

- In retaliation for repeatedly asking the landlord to handle the rodent problem on the property, she has deadnamed me and encouraged her sons, boyfriend, and "maintenance" workers to harass me.

- The landlord has shown up at the property and not followed social distancing guidelines in order to tape notices on my bedroom door and inspect my room. They are well aware that I am immunocompromised, so this is very deliberate.

- I have been threatened to have the police called on me by the landlord's boyfriend (who is also the "maintenance" man for the property) without a cause. The boyfriend finds enjoyment in terrorizing me, and he has only targeted me with his actions.

- The landlord and her family has decided to "move-in" with me because the COVID cases are so high in Texas (where the family traveled from).

- My landlord's sons have harassed me, and I have heard them use the n-word on multiple occasions.

- My roommate had to ask another "maintenance" man to leave me alone because they were harassing me.

There is more to the story, but it is difficult to retell it because of how violent and traumatizing it has been for me. I am desperate to leave this house because their aggression and harassment have caused my mental health to deteriorate and the problems with the property make me worried about my physical health. Because I am immunocompromised, I have been unable to find a job and leaving the house has been extremely difficult during the COVID crisis. I have taken the necessary steps to file for unemployment, but I have not heard back from the DC unemployment offices despite filing my weekly claims.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
