Jenny has touched so many of us at some point in our lives and now it's our turn to give a little back. Please help support my efforts to help raise money for Among Friends Activity Center.
Among Friends is a NON PROFIT organization, which means in order to keep enriching the lives of all these amazing adults they need our help with funding.
Among Friends is an activity center for adults with special needs and disabilities. The mission of Among Friends is to provide a safe and friendly place for adults with special needs for fun, learning, and friendships; offering opportunites and hope for a better tomorrow! It's a wonderful place for them to go and meet new people, develop social skills, and participate in actitivities specially planned for them. Among Friends can help break the cycle of isolation, lonliness, and depression. They offer a welcoming, safe, and happy place to come for fun activities and a productive day. Their clients are offered a meaningful, purpose filled day with new opportunites to enrich their lives.
Among Friends will be holding the second annual Fun Fair (Fundraiser) in Norman September 27th. I would LOVE for all of you to join me in the fun that day. The more the merrier so please bring your friends and families. I know for some of you that attending isn't possible due to travels or living out of state, but don't worry you can still help. :) I created this page so that you can give any amount that you feel is possible to help support Jenny Fox and her amazing friends and mentors at Among Friends. No donation is too small and every donation is appreciated more than you will ever know!! If you don't believe me stop by the center to witness a smile you won't forget and a hug that will melt your heart.

* In 1997, Jenny Fox was in a car accident when we were sixteen years old that caused traumatic brain injury and left her with severe disabilities. The accident would confine Jenny to a wheelchair for life and change the Fox's life course. Cathe Fox (Jenny's Mom) turned disaster into triumph when she created Among Friends and has blessed many with this amazing organization.
