Support Bischoff's Revitalization Fund

Our vision is that Bischoff’s is revitalized in two stages. First, we are open as a 14-week Pop-Up this summer, before going on hiatus in the Fall. Then, if things go the way we hope, a new, renovated, and expanded Bischoff’s will open its doors in Spring 2024, in time to celebrate our 90th anniversary. After six agonizing ice cream-free months, Bischoff’s has reopened for the summer, from Memorial Day weekend until Labor Day. We offer our classic ice cream flavors with a few new twists, and a limited menu featuring Chef Rony’s signature sliders, veggie burgers, hot dogs, French fries and onion rings. (Yes! Fries and onion rings!) We look forward to seeing you in person and online! We appreciate and are grateful for the support from our community.
