Billy's Puerto Rico Disaster

Hurrican Maria ripped through Puerto Rico and caused massive damage. Utilities and services are still out where he lives, (Dorado Sector Laguna 1) and water has not yet drained away. Primo (Cousin) Billy and other family members have lost EVERYTHING.  Billy lives in the town of Dorado, PR.
Incase you didn't know Billy lost his job earlier this year. He's working again (until the hurricane), but his savings were drained by the couple months of no work.
Billy's roof was torn off, so damage will continue.  As well as his entire first floor was flooded.  He has to replace everything: New Roof, Furniture, Clothing, Food, Appliances, Everything.  Billy also needs immediate food and gasoline for his generator since he is still out of power.  He is the only one we have heard from and the one most in need. As soon as we hear from the others, we will certainly use the funds to help.
I will upload more photos when I am able to obtain them. Communication is touch and go and my family have not been able to send more pics. 

Not only will cash go directly to Billy, but also will be arranging deliveries of goods to his local Walmart.
