If you've read or watched the news lately you are well aware of this country's current crisis. In particular, food banks and homeless shelters are without food while farmers are forced to dump their product because their is no distribution network set-up to take it away.
Want to join us in making a difference? Our F45 Stamford Harbor Point and South Norwalk Studios have teamed up with Baldor Food to feed the hungry in this time of need. We are working together to raise money to benefit The Food Bank of Lower Fairfield County, Inc., and any donation will help make an impact for those in need. We are hosting a FREE F45 LIVE WORKOUT on Saturday, 5/9 at 9:30 am via Zoom Meeting (details to join below). Help us reach 500 Live participants which is the max number of our Zoom class. All the money we raise will go directly toward a discounted large order that Baldor Food will take and deliver to The Food Bank of LFC through their vast distribution network.
Our F45 Live workouts are for anyone! Our signature one-hour "Hollywood" workout will include all body-weight movements with the option to add at-home supplies for resistance. Get ready to sweat & support an amazing cause with us!

The Food Bank is the only food bank located in lower Fairfield County, Connecticut. We solicit, collect, sort, warehouse and distribute donated food from such sources as national manufacturers, local merchants, state and local food drives and individuals. In addition, The Food Bank purchases meat and poultry in bulk at very low cost for redistribution to member agencies located in Darien, Greenwich, New Canaan, Norwalk, Stamford and Wilton. Last year we distributed more than 1.2 million pounds of food.
