Baby Declan

Declan Matthew Chapman was born sleeping on May 19, 2014. Mark and Renee were devestated at the loss of their first perfect little boy but were filled with joy at the fact that they had become parents. Declan was buried in the Tonaquint Cemetary. Mark and Renee reserved plots for themselves next to their son, but do not have the resources to pay for the plots or for Declan's headstone. This fundraiser is to help make it possible for them to create a perfect headstone for their son and to be able to be buried next to him.
