To our customers and the Evanston Community,
Myself and my Staff have had the pleasure serving you and your family for the past 5 years and plan to do so for many more. These last couple of weeks have been very difficult and we are incredibly grateful for your continued support. We recently reduced hours to keep the shop open and have initiated many new procedures to practice social distancing. However, the rapidly changing situation has forced us to make the hard decision to close the shop to visitors for regular retail transactions.
As we work through this crisis, we had to let go a vast majority of my Retail and Baking staff. My workers are everything to me and I want to help them during this difficult time.
100% of the funds through this online "Tip Jar" will be dispersed to my staff to assist them with the burdensome costs of living during this crisis.
