Save the Highlands Belknap School!

Dear Friends and Neighbors,
The Belknap Neighborhood Association needs your help to protect the Belknap School historic grounds in the Louisville Highlands.
The developer of the Belknap Condos, GATO Milner, has submitted revisions to the Louisville Department of Codes and Regulations to increase the number of allowable units from 17 to 25 (*Binding Element #2) and to add two additional parking lots, one on the corner of Sils Ave. and Wibben and one on the corner of Wrocklage and Wibben.
The neighborhood needs your financial support to cover the cost of legal fees to keep *Binding Element #2 in tact and prevent the developer paving over the remaining greenspace.
100% of the money we raise will go to legal representation of the Belknap Neighborhood Association, a federally recognized, 501(c)4, nonprofit membership association.
Please help us protect this beautiful historic site before it's too late.
Sincerely,
The Belknap Neighborhood
*Binding element #2 states, “The density of the development shall not exceed 18 dwelling units per acre (39 units on 2.154 acres).”
