Knights Table has been around for 28 years, serving and empowering vulnerable members of our community by providing food and access to resources in a safe environment through volunteerism and strategic partnership. Many families cannot afford much of what is taken for granted, such as a pantry full of food. As I am sure you are aware the recent state of the economy and decline in jobs in the Peel Region has proven a hardship on many people. As a result, the number of people visiting our food bank and kitchen increases by the day.

Knights Table is the ONLY multi-food location within the Region of Peel that offers programs and services 365 days of the year without user fees, to individuals and families impacted by hunger, poverty and homelessness. We annually serve over 138,000 meals, with 40% of our clients being children. Studies show 1 in every 5 children living in the Region of Peel are living in poverty. In addition, we also distributed over 601,000 pounds of food to those in need.

Knights Table provides assistance too many families in need for so many years now.  We need your help to achieve our goal of serving and empowering vulnerable members in the community, and continue to keep our doors open for 365 days a year, helping individuals living in the Peel Region.
