Sevegney Adoption Help

Thank you for coming to support us. After 15 long tear filled years we have the opportunity to adopt a newborn that is due July 15, 2014. We were told the adoption would be done one way and now we have found out we have to go another direction due to legal issues. We have to come up with fees we were not aware of and as much as we don't want to we have to ask for help. Again thank you for any thing you can do to help us!
