Basingstoke Half Marathon for Basingstoke Counselling

I'm raising money in aid of Basingstoke & District Counselling Service and every donation will help. Thank you in advance for your contribution to this cause. Basingstoke Counselling Service, a member of the National Counselling Network, has been serving the community since 1985, they are a mental health charity that provides affordable counselling and training in Basingstoke and the surrounding areas.

In a time when there’s a massive mental health crisis in the UK due to lack of funding and lack of access to mental health support charities such as this one are pivotal in helping people who are struggling.

I have struggled with my mental health and still do from time to time, I love my running as it’s helped me massively with my own mental health struggles so I’ll be running the Basingstoke Half Marathon in aid of Basingstoke Counselling Services.
