12 months sober for a great cause

As of the day after my birthday (15/02/2020) I will be doing a year Sober for a great cause.
Yes that means no alcohol for an entire year which was inspired by Sarah Jane Clarke, formerly of Sass & Bide, who completed a year without alcohol to re-align her thinking with drinking.
I'm also doing it to raise funds for a great Cause which is very close to my heart. The Offspring Project which is based out of India and helps the restoration and reintegration of girls rescued from Sex trafficking back into the community to prevent re-trafficking. Little do many know, the incidence of re-trafficking after rescue is alarming! Some of these girls have no money to return home with; or her family sold her so it’s too dangerous to return home; or she fears the stigma that would be put on her if she does return home. Which is where Offspring plays its integral part. I also know the inspirational founder very well & know that every dollar that goes to Offspring, goes straight back into making a difference.
Ill be donating the first $500 myself, however every cent counts, therefore if have a spare few dollars and want to get around a great cause, every cent will make a difference.
