Balga 10+

About 3 weeks ago approximately 10 domestic rabbits were dumped at Gladys Newtown school in Balga. The school wanted to have these rabbits "disposed" of but after the case was taken to the the department of education we were given the ok to rehome these rabbits. As they are humanely caught we will be picking them up from the school, getting vet work done and getting them into homes.

Over the past few weeks the number of rabbits has grown and it has been reported that there are now 30 rabbits needing to be caught and rehomed.

As so many rescues are at capacity we have decided to start a crowd funding campaign to try and raise funds for the rabbits vet work and to hopefully gain interest so that we can find foster/forever homes for these rabbits.

As many rabbit lovers know these guys are not cheap, we have a lovely rabbit savvy vet willing to do vaccination and sterilisation packages for us but this will still be expensive due to the number of rabbits that need care.

Please donate and if you are interested in fostering or offering a home to one of these babies contact us at [email redacted] with Balga 10+ as the subject matter. Thank you!
