Baby Watson's AFOs

Donation protected
Our suspicions for months has been confirmed by Watson's lovely physiotherapists Janice and Natalie at Pathways and Dr. Chris from London.
Watson has shorting in his heal cord (gastrocnemius muscle) Which causes tiptoe walking.

Unfortunately physio won't correct the shortening of Watson's heal cord. Thankfully there are other options instead of surgery.

Watson has been given the go ahead by Dr. Chris & his physiotherapist Janice at pathways to proceed with casting (like his mom and dad had)

Mister Watts has a long road ahead of him. He did 3 sets of serial casting on Feb 27th. Watson's braces are custom fitted to his legs. Watson's legs were molded the week before to get approximate size and shape. This appointment took about 2 hours.

His afos haven't been checked except once during covid. One advantage was his afos should have lasted 14 months. Mister watts hit a growth spurt and only lasted 5 months. Mister  met with Dr Chris McMillan today and has been molded for a new set of Afos. His one foot is still tight not to the normal Range of 90. His afos are too narrow and too short on his calf and causing him pain when wearing them.

Mister watts will need these to help correct his walking and with how fast he's growing and covid... They've become very costly. I'm looking to help him out and get his little feet straighten out. If you would be so generous to help out too it would be very much appreciated!! Any little bit helps
