Baby Jack and the Bates family

At 30 weeks pregnant Meredith began having contractions that were not stopping with medical intervention. At 31 weeks- January 30th, 2021 baby Jack was born and taken immediately to the NICU. Jack will remain in the NICU until his original due date of April 3rd, 2021. Meredith was supposed to start working as an RN in February but due to Jack’s unexpected arrival she now has to wait until July and Meredith’s husband David is trying to keep working through all of this to pay their bills.  Their 5 year old daughter has only met Jack on FaceTime but is excited for the day she can meet him in person. This has been a very emotional road for the Bates family as they navigate all that has taken place- any donation to help with their expenses and upcoming medical bills would be greatly appreciated!
