Last Chance to Save 7 Month Yakov

Little Yakov is only 7 months old, but in his short life has been through more pain than most people will ever know.

He was born with a rare condition affecting his liver and urgently needs a transplant.  His parents are desperately raising money to give their little man a chance at survival. 

This little warrior has just got through a round of heart surgery, to repair a defect in his heart. He now needs a liver transplant to save him.

His dad will be the donor, but his parents cannot yet afford the surgery. This campaign aims to raise even a little to help take them towards their target. Please help in any way you can!!
