The Gill family

Dear Friends,

This fundraiser is in support of our close friends, the Gill family, who are currently going through an unexpectedly difficult time.

Karman fell ill on September 27th and 4 days later was admitted to Abby Hospital where he underwent a procedure to remove toxic fluid from his abdomen. A day later, with his condition declining, he was sent to BC Children's Hospital where he was treated for Appendicitis. After 6 days of treatment, and his health still not getting better, they performed a laparotomy and found the appendix in full tact and not ruptured.

The medical team here has absolutely no clue as to what has caused all this mass inflammation in his abdomen, and he has been in the Pediatric ICU for the last two weeks. Karman is making very, very slow progress toward recovery. The family would be grateful to every one of you if you could send your support, love, strength, and power of prayers for this little warrior to recover and eventually return home.
