Aztec Volunteer Firefighters

Aztec New Mexico volunteer firefighters and EMTs could really use a helping hand. Their training and meeting room is seriously outdated. These brave men and women completely volunteer their time and go out on over 100 calls per month. New Mexico is severly cutting budgets across the board and, of course, our first responders are affected.
I would like to raise enough funds to provide them with a 60" smart TV (for training purposes) and some decent furniture. One of their couches is over 40 years old!

**UPDATE** We now have the TV that was so needed - Thank you!
Still needed is the replacement of broken down furniture and new flooring.

My name is Katee McClure and I've been a citizen of Aztec since 1998. Right now I have the honor of serving the city as one of its Commissioners. I have put this campaign together, not as a commissioner but as a citizen of this wonderful town and in honor of our firefighters and EMTs. Once we, the citizens, reach our goal we will purchase the items needed and deliver them to the Fire Dept. and arrange to remove all of the severly worn out furniture.
We will have a Meet & Greet party on April 21, 2017 for the community to come, meet and thank our volunteer firefighters and EMTs in person.
