I write to honor Alexander Lara Delgado, who’s life tragically ended at just 16 years old due the actions of a violent assailant: . Alex was a young man full of promise, who always had a smile on his face and was grateful to just spend time with his family and friends. Alex had a kindness that radiated to others and was gifted with a special talent to make things better. Alex leaves behind a family heartbroken and devasted by this senseless act. He is survived by his mother, Eubdulia (Claudia), father, Aniceto (Nubia) and (6) brothers and sisters. All funds raised will go towards covering memorial costs so the Delgado family can concentrate on grieving and accepting a loss that can never be replaced. Alex was Eubdulia's only child. As Alexander was a minor, his parents donated his organs, with hopes and prayers others may survive, so his passing will not be entirely in vain.
