Ayrshire Coastal Path maintenance fund

The 100 mile Ayrshire Coastal Path  (ACP) needs your help to pay for ongoing path maintenance.

In order to carry out regular work such as strimming back overgrown vegetation, repairing gates, steps and bridges, and replacing damaged or missing signage, we rely on donations from people like you who have either enjoyed a walk along part of our Path, or completed the entire trail, or follow our work on our Facebook page.

Despite having official designation as one of "Scotlands Great Trails", the ACP has no paid staff and does not receive any regular funding from local or national government: it is fully managed and maintained by volunteers who selflessly give their time to keep it in good condition. But the machinery & materials all cost money!

Any donation amount will be gratefully received. If everyone who walks on the ACP was to donate the price of a cup of coffee each year, it would cover the cost of our entire annual maintenance budget! Your support is needed now more than ever before - thank you.
