Located in the heart of the Yarra Valley at the Yering Meadows Golf Club, Awareness In The Valley looks to bring support and awareness to those who have battled or are going through their own journey of battling mental health.
With the stigma that surrounds mental health and those who are battling mental health, Awareness In The Valley is a night for everyone to come together to help reduce the stigma.
Bringing you speakers to share their stories regarding their own journeys and pathways through mental health, the significance cannot be underestimated by showing the community that it is ok not to be ok and that no one is ever alone.
Looking to bring to light that there is always help and that a simple gesture can start a much-needed conversation, all funds raised will be donated to beyondblue to help with their continued work to support those in need.
A night full of activities and happiness, hearing from amazing people who have shown amazing courage to share their journeys through their mental health battles, as well as , photo booths, live music, drinks, dancing, silent auctions and more await at a night not to be missed.
