Atticus' Top Surgery

Hello all!

My name is Atticus Boidy and I am a 23 year old transman. I have been out as transgender publicly since Sept. 2016 and since then have been working towards getting top surgery. 

For those of you who know me personally, you will know I typically am very independent and rarely ask others for help. I spend most of time doing what I can for others with a focus on fellow members of the LGBTQ+ community. I have received an overwhelming amount of support in my transition from members of the community, my family, and from coworkers. 

Having to bind my chest daily has definitely taken a toll on my physical and mental health. I was working with John's Hopkins in a very hot and cold relationship for the past two years which resulted in failure on their part to schedule surgery for me. I am pursuing this surgery to better my mental and physical health and that's where I am asking for your help. 

I will be having surgery with Beverly Fischer on December 18th, 2019. Since she is a plastic surgeon and does not accept insurance, I will need to pay in full and out of pocket by November 27th, 2019. I am an extremely hard worker but there is only so much I can do on my own. I have already put down 10% of the payment. Anything you can donate would help me immensely.
