Hello my name is Thomas Quinlan. As many of you may have already heard Atmo has passed away October 10, 2023. He had recently as of a few years ago been dealing with chronic seizures. Those same seizures caused him to shut down his business and move to New York where Susana could surround him with family that could assist in his recovery. With many good days he attacked this diagnosis with the same attitude that lead him to be the motivator you all knew him as…”Get Up and Mooove!” He would end every post with for years. Unfortunately these took there toll on his heart. But we want to celebrate the man the friend the trainer the positive motivator the smiling laughing heart warming guy Atmo was to all of us. We want Susana, Sebastian, and Athena to feel the love their father and husband put out into the world. It’s us with the blessing of Susana that I started this Go Fund Me page. Atmo wanted to be cremated and did not want a funeral. So in lieu of flowers or care packages sent to their home in Rochester NY…please donate. He touched so many lives with his infectious smile and his wisecracking laughter! I thought we would have more time my dear friend! I know for sure when I get there I am gonna see that smile again.
