Athena Leader of Tomorrow Scholarship

Leadership starts with an opportunity to learn; and change is made with the success of opportunity. This is where the concept of an Athena Leader of Tomorrow Scholarship originated.

Founded in 2011 (in Canada), Athena Leadership is a nonprofit group focused on providing leadership development and mentorship to talented young women (primarily 25-35 years of age). Following our core values of empowerment, integrity, and philanthropy - and aligned with our mandate - we strive to set positive example for others through community involvement and providing opportunity. This year, we are thrilled to have established the Athena Leader of Tomorrow Scholarship, and will be actively engaged in fund development to support scholarship growth and sustainability.


The Athena Leader of Tomorrow Scholarship will be awarded annually to a young woman (18 "“ 24 years old) who exemplifies our values, as well as the characteristics of the Greek goddess Athena (wisdom, strategy, and heroism). She will have a proven track record in making a difference in other people's lives through strong community involvement and a commitment to her own professional development.
